Open Question: Does anyone know where I can find an online LEGIT Talent agency that will not ask me to pay up front?

I'm a fifteen year old girl from Hillsboro Texas looking to get my foot in the door. I'm not rich or very financially stable so I'm looking to get out there by talent and hard work since I don't have cash to rely on. So any Ideas? I would very much appreciate it. I don't want to go to a place that is going to ask me to pay a boat load of money for headshots and have me pay a monthly fee.
